The Step By Step Guide to Joining HIGH Day
Thank you for your interest in HIGH Day! Our Fall 2007 registration is now closed, but you may initiate the application procedure for our Spring 2008 semester at any time. You may want to bookmark this page so that you can refer back to it.
The first step to joining HIGH Day is to read the following documents:
The Visitor FAQ - to answer the most commonly asked questions.
The Code of Conduct
& The Statement of Faith
You will also need to read our policy pages:
Absentee Policy
HIGH Day 2007-2008 Policies
Next, you'll need to fill out the following two on-line forms:
The Family Application - *Due to spam abuse of our site, the Family Application is now password protected. You will need to e-mail the registrar for the password information.*
The On-Line Code of Conduct/Statement of Faith Signature Form
**Please note!** On both these forms, the "enter/return" key automatically submits the form. Please use the TAB key to navigate between boxes.
After submitting your on-line forms, you will be contacted by our registrar concerning your application and approval. Please be patient! We will get back with you as soon as possible. Feel free to use the
Contact Us form to ask any questions you may have.
Once you've been officially approved to join HIGH Day, you'll need to fill out the On-Line Medical Contact/Insurance Information.
You should also look over our Jobs List and and Food Roster, found here:
Job Sharing List
Food Roster
(Our Food Roster is a sign-up sheet for the entire HIGH Day year. Each mom brings snacks for our Moms' Lounge on one Friday. This is just for the moms only. You won't be asked to feed all the HIGH Day students!)
When you come for your first HIGH Day, you'll need to pay your dues, as mentioned in the Visitor FAQ. You can pay by check, made to Laura VanHuis.
Finally, you will also need to register with our webmaster. To do so, you should e-mail Jenni with your preferred username and password, and she will create an account for you to allow you access to restricted areas such as the forum board and member directory.
Again, if you have any questions at all about any of these steps, please don't hesitate to contact us! We look forward to speaking with you soon!
